 <p>This takes place at 6\:30 p.m. in the Amphitheatre in University Hall\, 1815 Massachusetts Avenue.  This event is free and the public is cordially invited.</p>
 <p>Representative St. Fleur is the first Haitian-born American elected to State office in the nation\, and has been a leader on relief efforts since the devastating earthquake.</p>
