Tavern in the Square: Plans to add patio dining

Tavern in the Square has applied to create a patio along the driveway on the Mass Ave side of the Porter Exchange building and move 46 seats outside. The manager, Shawn Ahern, will explain what they would like to do and answer questions.

Plan B for Hotel Kaya: Changing the zoning

Michael McKee, architect for the Hotel Kaya project, will present a proposal to modify the zoning on the site to permit the project to go ahead. The proposal would result in a structure that is roughly 2,000 sq ft smaller than the original proposal

Julie Adler, the coordinator of this program, will give a brief presentation about this very interesting project and how you can become involved with it.
