Mass Ave Planning Study - Community Review!

 FW: MAPS Wrap! Hi Ruth,  We're getting close to the end! Our last community meeting for the Mass Ave Planning Study is on April 10, 5pm-7pm at Lesley's Lunder Arts Center (1801 Mass Ave). We'll be sharing the final recommendations of our planning study, and of course we'll have plenty of food and beverages, as well. It's one of my earliest memories. I'm in North Cambridge. I walk with my parents to Pemberton Market, a modest convenience store. I march to the back counter, which towers above me. An older man with a huge smile greets me, and hands me a blueberry muffin right out of a large muffin pan.

PSNA March 20th Meeting with HRI presentation on 28-30 Wendell

Tomorrow, at 7 pm, PSNA welcomes Eleni Macrakis (Senior Project Manager) and Kate Gilmore (Director of Real Estate) from HRI to present on 28-30 Wendell, a 100% affordable AHO project in the Baldwin Neighborhood.  28-30 Wendell will be an all-electric, Passive House, intergenerational community with 40 age-restricted 1-bedroom homes and 55 family homes.
