1. PB#241, 1991 and 2013 Massachusetts Avenue, Special Permit for 46 unit residential development and demolition and redevelopment of the existing St. James parish hall with ground floor retail. Oaktree Development, applicants. Deliberation and possible decision.
2. Fanning, et al, Petition to amend Section 5.25.3 – Exemption for Existing Parking Facilities, deleting Section 20.44.3 references to height limits in the area known as the Kendall Square Cinema site and deleting this site from the Eastern Cambridge Housing Overlay District. Discussion and possible recommendation.
3. Board of Zoning Appeal cases.
4. Other.
