CAHC purchase of #78-80 Porter Road
Terry Dumas and Kyle Sullivan from the Cambridge Affordable Housing Corporation will present and answer questions about CAHC's purchase of the 26-unit building at 78-80 Porter Road (this is the building immediately behind the infamous glass building across from Beech Street), with a long term goal to convert it to affordable housing.
Lesley/AIB update
Bill Doncaster will update us on the status of Lesley University's re-zoning proposal. By the time of our meeting, the proposal will have been reviewed by the Planning Board and the Ordinance Committee, and presumably will be ready for a City Council review and decision.
