Description
Just woke up and left my house and the first thing that happened in the new year is that I encountered a severely mentally ill person who is behaving inappropriately, shouting obscenities, tried to avoid them, tried not to make eye contact but they noticed, and once you make eye contact they just get even worse. This is typical of the early morning routine around here and it’s very upsetting. It is possible to feel sorry for someone and care about them while also expecting them to behave and be accountable for their actions, they don’t cancel out.
