News on the meetings re zoning on the Mass Ave and Cambridge Street Zoning Petitions: In September, the City Council referred the draft petitions to the Planning Board for review, which will then be referred to the Ordinance Committee. After which, it will go to the full City Council for a vote. The petitions for Mass Ave and Cambridge Street will be presented separately at these meetings. Meetings and Zoning Petition:

- City Council Ordinance Committee: October 30, 2025 at 5:30 PM, City Hall, 2nd Floor Sullivan Chamber
