Tom Wilder, a Principal of The Wilder Companies which is the new owner of the Porter Square Shopping Plaza, introduced himself and his team, shared some details about their Arsenal Yards project in Watertown as a calling card, discussed their plans and aspirations for the future of Porter Square Shopping Plaza, and fielded questions from PSNA members including about their willingness to accommodate smaller local retailers and arts organizations such as Sign of the Dove Gallery and Mud Flat Gallery.
A delegation from the Cambridge Police Department came to assure us of their awareness of the recent issues in the MBTA park, to explain how they are addressing these issues, and to answer questions about their new protocols.
A discussion of the PSNA bylaws followed. A subgroup is working on proposed changes.
